White is one of the most commercially used shades, and it is the most challenging to achieve.

Traditionally, the apparel industry has had 2 CIE lab whiteness indices to use for instrumental evaluation. That made it challenging to make adjustments to hit the correct shade, even though results may have indicated a numerical match.

To address this, natific has developed 4 additional whiteness indices. These additional indices work together with the previously existing two to provide unprecedented flexibility into white shade execution – only in natific systems.
