Operations during COVID-19

Dear natific Clients,

We hope you are all doing well and staying healthy. Your natific service teams wanted to let you know that during this time, natific employees are working from home in accordance with our local government regulations. We’re sending you this update to inform you that natific systems are being monitored and maintained, IT operations are ongoing, and software installations and training are being performed remotely as usual.  

We are available to schedule and complete software installations for ASAP and the ColorWarehouse, remote training, color feasibility, and customer support  as usual through support@natific.com.

Please contact us for more information on how we have temporarily updated our certification programs to allow mills to continue to move forward with certifications during this time of limited travel.
